The various quarrels among Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez are legendary in Disney Channel history. Recently, Miley posted a picture on Twitter of her and Demi, saying that it captured the essence of true friendship. Demi replied by saying it was hard to be friends with someone you didn't know anymore. Originally, we thought Demi was taking a jab at Miley, but this doesn't seem to be so.
In fact, it seems that the picture is a piece to a much larger puzzle.
Fans on the internet have come together to make a few assumptions, which seem pretty accurate. They claim that Demi is no longer friends with Selena and has moved on to Miley... Kind of a downgrade in our opinions.
The fans were tipped off when they realized that Demi and Selena no longer tweet one another on Twitter as often as they used to - it virtually stopped. Selena's cousin and her "Wizards" costar Jennifer Stone have both made allusions on their own Twitter pages to Demi treating Selena badly and putting her in the middle of bad situations. And, for those of you with physical copies of Selena's new CD, Kiss & Tell, you'll notice that in her thank yous, she briefly mentions Demi, but calls Jennifer her biggest fan and best friend.
Ouch! Demi got served!
Now remember, this is all just speculation. We're not trying to pass this off as the truth. But most signs point to a breakdown in their friendship, and it seems to be Demi's fault. (When Miley is on your side, you know you're in trouble.)
Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez chatted with J-14 about their issues with friendship. Demi revealed: 'There are times when even if you've known someone for a long time, you change. Just because we were best friends doesnt mean we're always going to stay best friends.'
Selena added: 'I think [ending friendships] is naturla and people have to go through it.
Zacktaylor also said their friendship problems started because Selena became mad at Demi for spending so much time with Chloe Bridges and little time with her.So Selena told Demi she didn`t like Chloe very much and Demi got upset.So now Demi and Selena are mad at eachother.
Zack Taylor also reported that when Demi and Selena were asked to take a photo together at The AMA`s both girls sighed and looked upset and uncomptorable as they smiled for their photo.
